1. What does “reworked” mean?

Each reworked piece in Itaii store is upcycled from pre-loved garments. We carefully clean, reconstruct, and redesign them into unique, one-of-a-kind items. No two are exactly alike.

2. How do I know the sizing?

Each product page includes measurements to help you find your best fit. 

3. How should I care for my item?

We recommend gentle care to preserve the quality of reworked garments. Hand wash or machine wash cold, and air dry when possible. 

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. Please review measurements and condition notes carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece, feel free to contact us before checkout.

5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping times within the U.S. are 3–7 business days. International shipping varies by location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Can I request a custom rework?
